It started with a conceptual interview, focusing on real-time scenarios. We also had a detailed discussion about my current project. Then there were questions on DB concepts and automation for both UI and API. This conceptual interview and points around real-time scenarios were repeated. The whole selection process has 4 rounds. First, a written exam covering database and testing concepts. Second, a technical interview by a QA engineer focusing on data mining queries, including all types of Joins, Delete, Update, Create, Alter, and combinations thereof. Third, another technical interview by a TL and Manager, also based on data mining queries with Joins, Delete, Update, Create, Alter. Finally, a Managerial Round with the Product Head to assess communication skills and professional attitude.
