So when I joined, the rounds were like this: First was a written test, then a technical interview focusing on things like Asp.NET, C#, SQL Server, and Web API. After that, there was a manager interview that was about 40% technical. Finally, an HR round for salary negotiation. The whole process usually takes about 7 to 10 days.

Apply for the job. If shortlisted, they'll call you back. You'll then take a SQL test with 5-10 questions. After that, there's a 1:1 with the lead, followed by a 1:1 with the manager. Finally, HR will handle salary negotiation and inform you of the joining date.

This company came to our college to hire software developers and after taking a test and 3 interviews, they told us they don't have any vacancy for the role. They wasted an entire week during such a crucial phase of our careers. I seriously doubt the job security this company can offer.
