Client Manager
The Talent Acquisition Partner (Chloe) said she'd send the Job Description and a psychometric assessment, but then went ghost. I heard from someone else in the industry that this happened to them too in late 2025. The interview itself wasn't professional, giving off unfriendly vibes and making me feel undermined, which wasn't what LinkedIn suggested.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Talent Advisor
The interview process was pretty structured, focusing on competencies and values. They really wanted to see how my experiences lined up with their core competencies and their company values. It was mostly CBI questions, but they also asked some strength-based questions.
- Tell me about a time you demonstrated [core competency].
- How do your values align with our company values?
- Describe a situation where you utilized your strengths in [specific area].
Customer Service Specialist
I recently went through a 2-round virtual interview process, and it was a really good experience. Both rounds were organized and went smoothly, with the team keeping me informed. The interviewers were professional but also friendly, making the conversations feel more like a chat than just a formal Q&A. The questions were relevant and allowed me to talk about my experiences while also learning about the job and the company culture. Overall, it was a positive and informative experience that gave me a great impression of the team and company.
- Tell me about a challenging situation you faced in a previous role and the steps you took to resolve it.
Senior Data Engineer
They did a screening telephonic call about my current company and technical skill set. Then a Tech interview L1 with Data engineer questions related to project, Case scenarios, architectural questions, and Cloud related questions. After that, a Tech/Managerial L2 round with Architectural questions, Managerial questions, and questions based on my project. Lastly, an HR round.
- Can you explain how you would implement and orchestrate the flow of your project, detailing each step?
- How would you go about optimizing the command?
