The interview process was fast and really helpful for learning. The interviewers were very focused on people, making sure to balance what the individual, the client, and Randstad Sourceright needed. The interviewer did a good job of explaining what a typical week looks like for an MSP consultant. After the interview, I got to talk to someone doing the same job to see if it was a good fit for me, and I decided it wasn't.

The process was really smooth. I met with the interviewer and two people from the business I'd be working with. The interview itself was pretty easy, which made sense given the niche nature of the job. I ended up declining the offer because they didn't offer enhanced parental leave, which honestly seems a bit backward for the UK. It's a small thing for them in the long run, and they can't expect to attract top talent from big companies without it.
