Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Randstad Enterprise.
Senior Recruiter
The interviews were pretty laid-back and more like a chat. They really wanted to dig into my past recruiting experience and the different industries I've covered. We talked about my biggest strengths and how they'd fit the job, plus what I'm aiming for down the road.
- What makes you want to apply for this position?
Recruiter
It wasn't too difficult. They asked competency-based questions covering areas like leadership, sales, coaching, teamwork, performing under pressure, and managing both customers and stakeholders. Using the STAR method was really helpful for keeping my answers focused and avoiding rambling.
- Can you share an example of when you showed leadership?
- Tell me about a time you were involved in sales.
- Give me an example of your coaching skills.
Recruiter
The interview process had three rounds. There was one assessment. First, a recruiter round, then the assessment, followed by a round with a Panel, a second round with a Panel, and finally a third round with senior leaders. An offer discussion happened, and then the offer. It was a quick process, and scheduling was done timely.
- Assessment of technical skills
- Analysis of communication abilities
