IT Support
It was a pretty straightforward in-person interview that lasted about an hour. It mostly covered my past experience and included some technical questions about the systems and scripting tools I've used before.

Sales Representative
It was calm and normal, not different from other companies in the same industry. It has all the stages of screening, selection, evaluation, interview with HR, with the manager, with the VP of the area. Then there's the stage of discussing the proposal, counter-proposal, and closing the deal.

You'll start by submitting your CV and filling out an application form on the Randox careers website or a job board. After that, there's a first interview, which is competency-based and can be a panel interview or a one-on-one with your line manager.
