First, I had to send in a cover letter and CV to recruitment@randox.com. Then, I had a face-to-face interview. After that, there was an offer stage. I also attended an induction week where I learned about Randox and other things I'd need to know for my role. Finally, I started in my role.

The interview process consisted of several mini-interviews and stations, all in the same room. There were analytical and problem-solving stations, as well as a traditional one-on-one interview station.
