The interview process started with a zoom call where they wanted to know what I knew about the company, my current job, and how that might help me in a business development role. Then, there was a second interview that was a 15-minute presentation about best practices for distribution.

I applied online and got contacted 2 days after for an interview. It was supposed to be on Skype, but their internet was having issues, so we did it over the phone instead. The interview was about 30 minutes long, and they asked very specific questions about the role, and were nice and friendly. For the next round, I had to prep a 10-15 min presentation about Randox Toxicology. I asked who I should target with the presentation (investors, tech people, or clients), and they said it was my own interpretation and I could present it to potential clients if I wanted.

The interview process was very pleasant and straightforward. We had a small chat at the very beginning, then it was followed by CV review and a few questions regarding work experience and education. Then, we had a few standard interview questions. There was time for my questions too. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
