Joven Professional
It's tough to get a call back because so many people apply, but the interviews themselves aren't that hard. We had a case study to debate for 20 minutes with no prep. It's a multi-stage process, starting with 2 tests and an AI interview, followed by two more interviews, one virtual group and one in-person group.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- Tell me about a professional or academic accomplishment you've had.
Intern
I first joined a Google Meet room with a moderator who redirected me to another room, where after a few minutes the manager entered. First the manager described the job activities and then asked me to talk about myself. From there, the conversation flowed based on what I said about my background. In the end, she opened up for questions (an interesting moment to ask relevant questions) and after some more time discussing the doubts I raised, the meeting ended. Still waiting for a response.
- Tell me a bit about yourself and why you applied for this role
Field Technical Development Assistant
The interview is super relaxed, it's more of a chat between you, the hiring manager, and the recruiter. It's mainly for getting to know each other. Everyone introduces themselves, you talk about the role and what to expect. They are very clear and objective, answering all your questions. At the end, they make the offer, talking about benefits, salary, etc.
- Please introduce yourself.
- Tell me about what you did in your previous job.
- What were your daily functions and responsibilities?
Supervisor
Two stages happened: an HR interview and an interview with the manager. A month and a half passed since the second stage, and even after sending multiple messages to the recruiters, there was no response and the process in gupy remained the same without any updates. The least that can be offered to a candidate who dedicates their time to participate in the selection process is a response and feedback.
- Can you explain your motivation for joining Raízen and discuss your professional background, including your skills and experiences?
- Tell me about your professional journey, highlighting your abilities and past experiences.
- What are your professional skills and experiences?
