Engineering Intern
The interview process starts with an HR call to discuss your skills and strengths. This is a group interview with all applicants. If you advance, you'll have a technical interview with the team, evaluating your technical skills and knowledge. After this, they'll let you know if you're selected for the role.

The process had 5 stages: a phone interview, a group interview, an interview with the tutor and HR, a phone interview covering the offer and benefits, and a pre-employment check. All interviews were virtual. Communication was via email, and they were very attentive and quick to respond.

In the morning, there was a group activity to solve a case study. Then, in the afternoon of the same day, there was an individual interview for those who passed the group activity. It was a light interview just to get to know me better.
