First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Raízen.
Intern
I first joined a Google Meet room with a moderator who redirected me to another room, where after a few minutes the manager entered. First the manager described the job activities and then asked me to talk about myself. From there, the conversation flowed based on what I said about my background. In the end, she opened up for questions (an interesting moment to ask relevant questions) and after some more time discussing the doubts I raised, the meeting ended. Still waiting for a response.
- Tell me a bit about yourself and why you applied for this role
Jovem Aprendiz
It was a slow and boring process to go through, they always ask the same questions expecting the same answers. It seems like a good company, but the candidate selection process doesn't impress me at all.
- Tell me about your previous experience.
- How do you demonstrate proactivity?
- How are your communication skills?
Intern
The hiring process was quick and straightforward. After applying, I was contacted for the initial HR interview relatively soon. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease. They asked questions to get to know me better and understand my career goals. The second interview was with the hiring manager and three other team members, who were all also nice. I felt confident presenting my resume and answering technical questions relevant to the role. I'd recommend this company.
