So uncomfortable, I was asked to explain my resume but was told not to go over a certain amount of minutes per job title. Okay. Then, after that, there was no discussion, but instead I was immediately asked about my work output, specifically how many assets per week I am physically able to produce. Yikes... sounds like they are in need of a large volume of paid social materials. I wasn't really comfortable putting a number on that. He insisted I guess. It was weird. This is a senior role where the expectation is usually to oversee plenty of processes as well as mentor others. I'm not a workhorse. Leave those questions to juniors. After the interview I withdrew my candidacy.

The interview process felt unprofessional. After the initial round, I was given a case study. The recruiter admitted to missing my emails with the case study deliverable and my follow-ups. Then, I was informed that the role was put on hold and would be an SF hire instead of remote if it became available again. The recruiter did mention that my case study would still be sent to the team. I felt like my time was wasted on a project that wouldn't lead anywhere, and they might even use it for their own ads. The notification email seemed like it was generated by ChatGPT, complete with dashes.

I interviewed in 2024 for a Customer Service Representative/Retention Specialist role, which is an entry-level position. The whole process had 4 steps. First, there was a video interview with a recruiter. Then, a video panel interview with the manager of the Customer Success team and two team members. After that, a video interview with the VP of the Customer Experience team. Finally, a follow-up video interview with the recruiter where they gave me a verbal offer. The process felt pretty disorganized, like nobody was talking to each other. The manager in the second interview was kind of abrasive, but the rest of the people I met were nice. I ended up declining the job offer because the interview experience was negative, the wage offered was low, they didn't provide equipment for the remote role, and the offer letter had some red flags about micromanagement.

It was a technical screen that tested basic SQL fundamentals like JOINs, followed by system design questions. Then, we delved into web application development using PYTHON and NODEJS, and discussed my past work experience. Finally, there were some behavioral questions.
