The interview process was super well organized and provided lots of useful info. Quantive was really clear about what they're looking for and what it takes to do well in the job. The talent team was great and helped me out the whole way so there weren't any surprises. I got to chat with 3 sales leaders and 1 account executive, which was really helpful to get a better sense of how the company is set up. It was also beneficial to learn about Quantive's product offerings and how they can help other companies. All in all, it was a really well-thought-out process that let both me and the company figure out if it was a good match. Everyone was really nice to work with.

The interview process was smooth and everyone made me feel at ease. It was broken down into three main parts and spanned about a month. First, I chatted with the team lead who wanted to understand my team fit by discussing my personal projects and background, but it wasn't super technical. Then, I was given a small take-home project to demonstrate my technical skills. The difficulty was flexible, allowing me to really show what I could do and get a feel for the job. This project helped ease my concerns about the unique nature of the role. After submitting the project, I met with several team members to present my work. This was followed by a casual meet-and-greet where they assessed my skills more thoroughly. Finally, I had a meeting with the department head who asked a few questions about my fit for the department, and I received an offer about a week later. Overall, the experience was enjoyable. I even had another offer that same week, but I chose this company because they made me feel valued. It's been easy to find people willing to help, making this role an easy choice.

So the whole thing had a few parts to it: First, like a quick 20-minute Zoom call to check out my background, why I want this job, and if I'd fit in. Then there was an aptitude test, which was actually the hardest part for me, but they said I did okay, you just never really know, right? After that, I had a longer interview, like a full hour, with questions directly about the job. Finally, I met with the CMO for about 30 minutes. The interviews themselves were nice though, really friendly people who seemed actually interested. Not like an interrogation at all, besides that tricky test.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process had a couple of rounds. It started with an introductory meeting with the recruiter, followed by an online assessment. Then, I met with the direct manager, and after that, there was a demo case study. I also had meetings with the VP. Finally, I received the job offer. The recruiter was a great help throughout the process, always available for questions. Everyone I met was honest and straightforward, leading to transparent, fair, and open discussions. The only downside was that the process was quite long, and the number of interview rounds wasn't clear and changed a few times. There were some delays due to PTO and time zones, but communication was good, so it wasn't a big issue.
