First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quantive.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I had a 15-minute call with HR to gauge my interest and what I was looking for. They also discussed salary expectations. I was then moved to the next round, which was great. After that, I had a call with the VP of Global Customer Success, then a meeting with the Team Lead, and finally met with two potential colleagues. Gtmhub was really good at keeping me informed about the next steps and responded quickly. Everyone I talked to was super nice. Each interview felt more like a chat and getting to know each other rather than an interrogation, unlike other places I'd interviewed. The people really won me over, and now I'm enjoying learning the product.
- Can you tell me why you're looking to leave your current position?
- Could you explain your understanding of OKRs from a high-level viewpoint?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process had a couple of rounds. It started with an introductory meeting with the recruiter, followed by an online assessment. Then, I met with the direct manager, and after that, there was a demo case study. I also had meetings with the VP. Finally, I received the job offer. The recruiter was a great help throughout the process, always available for questions. Everyone I met was honest and straightforward, leading to transparent, fair, and open discussions. The only downside was that the process was quite long, and the number of interview rounds wasn't clear and changed a few times. There were some delays due to PTO and time zones, but communication was good, so it wasn't a big issue.
- Which of our company values resonates most with you? Why?
- Tell me about your experiences related to the role.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to do a demo case study?
Customer Success Manager
Had an initial chat with the recruiter, learned about the role, and talked about my experience. Seemed like a good fit, and they wanted to move me to the next stage, which was a cognitive and behavioral test. After a week of doing the test, I followed up, and they said the hiring manager was 'busy' but would get back to me. Two weeks later, I got rejected with no feedback, just that they hired someone else. I'm not mad they hired someone else, but the communication and feedback were lacking. I spent over 2 hours on this, so it would've been nice to know what didn't work out.
- Could you describe your ideal workday?
- What makes you interested in Quantive specifically?
- Where do you see yourself professionally in five years?
