First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quantive.
Software Engineer
The atmosphere was super nice and friendly. I did an online assessment first, and then had an interview that we scheduled at a time that worked for me. The technical interviewer was really helpful, giving me hints and clarifying questions to help me solve the task.
- Tell me about JavaScript Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- What do you know about HTML?
- Explain your understanding of CSS.
Software Development Engineer
Amazing Interview process. I was communicating with my future colleagues as if I was already working in the company and this realistic manner made me feel like I was already working there and touch to the real process of work that is ahead of me. That gave me the chance to accept my offer , a bit more sure that I am making the right choice.
- Can you tell me about your database knowledge and your capacity for learning new skills and communicating with customers regularly?
Software Engineer
The interview process was divided on 4 parts: 1st part is conversation with the HR agency. 2nd part conversation with the Gtmhub HR. 3rd cognitive and personality tests. 4th technical interview with team leaders.
- Questions about the tech stack that is used in Gtmhub and some deep questions for understanding the core of the technologies that are used (Go and Java) concurrency and multithreading.
