Behavioral Other

It was a relaxed interview with consultants and associates. The interview was very behavioral, as they really want to hire easy-going people for the firm. Everyone I met during the interview was super nice and they were keen to see my interest in the company.

Behavioral Technical

I had an initial chat with HR, then spoke with the team, and after that, I was given an assignment. Finally, I had a third interview, but it felt a bit pointless, like they'd already made a decision and the interviewer just wanted to wrap things up quickly.

The interview process was smooth and well-structured with clear instructions. Interviewers were friendly and communicated well, though sometimes they seemed a bit unsure of where to guide the conversation. All interviews were done via Zoom, which made things pretty convenient.

First, there was a phone call with a recruiter. Then, I had to do a technical assessment where I had to come up with strategy recommendations for a fake company. After that, I had another interview to talk about the technical assessment. Finally, I had more interviews with staff and people who would be my supervisors.
