Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quadrant Strategies.
Associate
There were three rounds of interviews, plus a take-home case study test. They were really good at communicating and gave clear instructions. The take-home part has a fast deadline, so be sure to watch out for it!
- How would you handle a client who disagrees with your perspective?
Associate
The interview process was smooth and well-structured with clear instructions. Interviewers were friendly and communicated well, though sometimes they seemed a bit unsure of where to guide the conversation. All interviews were done via Zoom, which made things pretty convenient.
- Can you describe what you understand our company does?
Associate
The interview process was alright. They asked about my academic interests. Then I flew to DC for interviews. This was a while ago, so I'm not sure if it's still relevant.
- Can you discuss your academic interests?
