Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quadrant Strategies.
Intern
It was a relaxed interview with consultants and associates. The interview was very behavioral, as they really want to hire easy-going people for the firm. Everyone I met during the interview was super nice and they were keen to see my interest in the company.
- How would others describe you?
Intern
The interview process went well, with two rounds. One was a chat with HR, and the other was with a Senior Associate who has supervised interns before. Both chats were behavioral, and they gave good info about the company.
- Can you tell me about a project that mattered to you?
Intern
There were two interview rounds. First, I spoke with a recruiter and then with a manager. Both interviewers were really nice and seemed interested in getting to know me. I got to learn a lot about the company and the work they do, and I really enjoyed both conversations.
- How do you manage your time?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
