Data Analyst
After finishing the first screening, I was invited to a technical interview that focused on my Excel skills. I was given a dataset and a set of questions to work through while sharing my screen for assessment. The interviewer turned off his camera and mic so I could concentrate better. I initially found it challenging until I figured out the initial steps I needed to take. I could also use AI to help when creating formulas. Towards the end of the session, my Excel crashed, but I was able to finish the assignment and email my completed report by the end of the day. This was really helpful because it gave me a chance to show off my skills. I haven't heard back yet, but I'm at least hoping for some valuable feedback.

Consultant
This interview process was incredibly frustrating and unorganized. The recruiter wouldn't even give me a salary range, which was really strange. Even though they rescheduled the interviews multiple times at the last minute, the interviewers still didn't show up, and the calls were canceled and rescheduled again. I didn't get any feedback after two interviews, even though I asked for it repeatedly. The whole thing felt disorganized and not transparent at all.

Sales Consultant
Recruiter was tight-lipped about salary, even when I shared my current earnings. I proceeded in good faith, but salary info was never disclosed. Updates were hard to come by, requiring several follow-ups. An interviewer missed a scheduled meeting, cancelling right at the start time. Despite multiple requests after several calls and a lengthy online assessment, no feedback was provided.
- What is your present salary?
Associate Consultant
About a month after applying, I heard from recruiting to set up an interview. We planned a screening with the lead recruiter, but she canceled last minute. After trying to get in touch for a week, I finally got an interview with someone else on the team, and it was pretty good. It was mostly behavioral questions, asking why I liked the company and the role, and about my past projects. Then I had to take some tests, and a week later I was invited to a final interview. I actually got an offer from another company right after getting the final interview invite, which I was planning to accept. So, to be fair to other candidates, I decided to withdraw my application. I sent the head recruiter a nice email thanking them for their time and apologizing for any trouble. I didn't think much of it, but then she sent me a really rude, passive-aggressive email saying I should have told them earlier and that it was disrespectful to other candidates who could have had the final interview. Since I got the other offer after they invited me to interview, there wasn't much I could do differently. Her response actually made me feel good about not continuing with them, as it was super unprofessional and rude.
