Consultant
This company has a very long interview process. Their communication is unprofessional, and ghosting is common. I contacted them in 2019 and had 5 interviews that went well. After the last interview, I never heard from them again, despite reaching out many times. I believe they are charlatans and snake oil salesmen. Everyone I met seemed old and run down. The men there seem to have low testosterone. Avoid this place if possible.

Business Management Consultant
This is a small consulting firm that is still trying to convince clients they know best how to run their business and for a fee, they will share that secret. YES, there is travel, it is exactly what they describe, if you're not okay with that, don't apply. The travel does not stop. Phone interview: Very professional, questions were as expected about leading through change. It was a Situation Behavior Outcome interview format. The HR person was very nice. Week 1 Face to Face Interview: with a Senior HR Representative, very nice, very professional, they put a great spin on a company that has a really poor reputation, saying "All that has changed and now we're back to being the best, or I would not be here." Week 2 Skills Assessment: Analyze a large amount of information and make a recommendation in a short amount of time. It was a real-world simulation involving analyzing about 40 pages of documents plus P&Ls on a fictitious company. The skills assessment included analyzing documents, two small presentations, a one-on-one interview with someone a level or two above you, and a 10-minute exercise to see what you would do if this came across your desk. What they're looking for is a person who is comfortable saying things like, "I've been doing this for 10 years and this is the way we recommend." If you do not agree with somewhat "slanting" the truth to sell your company, this is not the company for you.

Management Consultant
The interview process was actually pretty fun. The lead contact/recruiter was an enjoyable party to work with. He was very detailed on how the process would flow throughout the day. The interview was multiple layers of executives analyzing your responses, attitude, and behaviors. Numerous role playing exercises. The experience took the entire day. There were three different one on one interviews throughout the day. The first is getting to know you, which was made difficult due to the interviewer's superior ability to hide all emotion and body language. The second, which involved the first role play was interesting... The group process where you work with other candidates was enjoyable. It was nice to see other candidates with the same ability, aptitude, and desire to succeed. They did a phenomenal job weeding out candidates who did not fit in with their culture.

Account Executive
So first I had this phone call, they gave me a good rundown of the gig. Then I chatted with the HR Lead, which was pretty chill and just built on that first chat. After that, there was this online test, def set up to check for the key stuff they're looking for in this role, took about 20-30 mins. Next up was a meeting with the EVP Sales EuMEA, who would be my boss. The final step was a quick chat with the European Unit President. All in all, from when the headhunter first reached out to getting the offer and contract, it took about 4 weeks.
- Can you describe the range of your professional experience?
- What has been your experience working with C-level executives?
