First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Proudfoot.
Consultant
This company has a very long interview process. Their communication is unprofessional, and ghosting is common. I contacted them in 2019 and had 5 interviews that went well. After the last interview, I never heard from them again, despite reaching out many times. I believe they are charlatans and snake oil salesmen. Everyone I met seemed old and run down. The men there seem to have low testosterone. Avoid this place if possible.
- What motivates you to seek employment with this organization?
Consultant
First, you do a phone interview, and if they like you, they bring you in for a group interview. This part has 3-4 one-on-one interviews, a group case study, and then a solo case study. They tell you the next day if you're good enough for their project pipeline. You're not officially hired until they put you on a project, but if you're in the pipeline, it means you're not hired yet. When they need someone for a project, they'll ask if you want to take the offer.
- Can you tell me about your greatest weakness?
Senior Consultant
Started with an HR chat with the recruiter, then had a group thing with 5 other people applying for the same job. Had to explain my thinking to them and show leadership.
- Standard behavioral questions from HR.
- A practical client case study analysis during the group assessment.
