First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Prologis.
Director
Started with an initial screening, followed by team interviews. The interviews were pretty relaxed, more about getting to know each other. We talked about my background and what the job entails. The whole thing moved pretty fast.
- Can you walk me through your experience?
- How do you feel about the responsibilities this role involves?
Leasing Director
About a week after submitting my application, I got an email for a phone interview. The recruiter call was great, more of a chat than a typical screening, and she really knew the local market. Next, I had a Zoom interview, then an in-person interview with the leadership team. The holidays made it a longer process, but the recruiter kept me updated and even called with personal feedback when I wasn't chosen. I didn't get the job, but it was a really positive experience, and I'd be open to future opportunities.
- Can you describe your experience with leasing and large-scale transactions in this market?
Energy Intern
It was a friendly, reasonable interview process. They asked typical behavioral interview questions, like 'walk me through your CV.' I had 2 or 3 interviews before they stopped responding, which I guess is normal for internships/jobs but I wish there had been more communication.
- Describe your role as a team member.
- What kind of position do you typically take on a team?
Tax Analyst
It was a pretty standard interview process. I applied online and got a phone screening where they asked some basic questions like why Prologis, why this job, and about salary expectations. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. However, it felt like they had already decided on another candidate because they only asked one question and spent the rest of the time discussing the role and the company.
- What are your five-year career goals?
