First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Prologis.
Coordinator
I applied online and had a phone screening a few days later. It was mostly behavioral questions about why I wanted to work there. They said I'd get an update in a couple days, but that never happened. They ghosted me, which is really unprofessional. I think companies should at least let applicants know if they're not moving forward instead of leaving us hanging.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Project Coordinator
I applied and got an email for a phone interview with the Recruiter pretty fast. I did that, and the same day I had another phone interview with the hiring manager. Then, a week later, I did an in-person interview. Right after that, the Recruiter asked for my references. I got an offer 2 days later. The whole thing was super quick and the Recruiter from San Francisco was great, really helpful with info about the job and Prologis, and kept me updated and answered all my questions.
- What qualities do you seek in a team and a manager?
Coordinator
The interview was pretty straightforward. First, there was a call with the HR business partner. Then, a second call, this one on Teams, was likely with the hiring manager. The third call, also on Teams, involved a panel interview with the project managers I'd be working with.
- How do you handle working in a high-stress setting.
