I applied online Tuesday night and heard back from the recruiter Wednesday morning. We had a 30-minute phone screen that same afternoon, and then I got a skills test via email. I submitted that Friday, and by Monday I was interviewing with the hiring manager for about an hour. It was mainly behavioral and experience-based questions. A few hours later, the recruiter called to set up a Wednesday phone interview with a VP, which was also about an hour and mostly behavioral. The next day, the recruiter called again to schedule the final interview for the following Monday. This was a 1.5-hour panel with the hiring manager, the VP I'd already spoken to, and another senior VP. It was mainly about culture fit. The next day, the hiring manager called with an offer! After accepting, I got scheduled for a background check and drug test. The recruiter was really responsive and kept me in the loop.

I applied in December and heard back a month later in January for an HR screening call to see if my experience was relevant. It lasted about 30 minutes. Two weeks after that, I got a call from HR and had two back-to-back interviews scheduled for the next day with the VP and another person from the department. Each lasted an hour and was conversational, focusing on my experience. I followed up two weeks later, and then again four weeks after that. Finally, I was told they went in a different direction.
- Can you describe how your past job responsibilities align with the requirements of this role?
Analyst
The interview process was really smooth and consisted of 3 rounds. It was very direct and there weren't any unexpected challenges during the interviews. They were clear about what they were looking for in terms of core competencies. They responded quickly and kept me updated on my application status. The communication was transparent, and they seemed genuinely interested in hiring colleagues who are both professional and enjoyable to work with. They were friendly and helpful when I had questions.
- Can you discuss your previous projects, highlighting successes and areas for improvement?
