The interview process was a good mix, covering both technical and behavioral aspects. It gave the panel a chance to evaluate my problem‑solving abilities, knowledge of the domain, how I communicate, and how I work with others. It was a well‑structured talk overall, letting me show off both what I know and my professional strengths.

Coding Technical

It was a campus placement with a requirement of 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and all semesters. First, there was an online test that included aptitude, verbal reasoning, computer science MCQs, and a coding section with 3 questions. The difficulty level of the questions was average. What was surprising was that out of 1179 eligible students, only 60 were selected. I'm not sure how they shortlisted candidates, but my friend who solved all 3 coding questions and performed well on the MCQs was not selected. However, a friend from another college who attended the same placement a week earlier mentioned that they randomly select students from the list after the test. I find this hard to believe, but it's not a major issue. My performance was average, not outstanding.

Technical

The interview process was alright, but it felt like a ghost interview with less than 15 people attending, and I'm sure 10 weren't selected. I had a 40-minute technical interview with a technical HR and another technical round. After that, I was told to leave for the day and that further communication would be made on Monday. I didn't get any email, so I called the HR to inquire. They said I didn't have proper work experience. Other candidates got rejection emails the same day by 3 pm, which left me with mixed thoughts about whether they were serious about hiring.

The interview was really good and went smoothly. The HR people were very calm and collected. If you're good at communicating, you'll likely get selected. The first step is a group discussion, followed by a typing and English test. If you pass those, you'll have a managerial interview, and the last stage is an advanced versant test.
