Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Prodapt Solutions.
Project Engineer
The interview process is pretty straightforward. They start with introductions, then ask about your projects, and then a couple of questions about your family background. After that, they'll ask two technical questions, followed by a puzzle. Finally, they'll inquire about the difficulty of your project and whether it was a team effort.
- Could you give a brief self-introduction?
- Tell me about your projects.
- What can you tell me about your family background?
Lead Engineer
There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first round was technical and focused on explaining my previous projects and work, along with some technical questions. The second round was also technical, specifically about tools or scripting languages. The third round was a general HR round.
- Could you describe a past project you worked on?
- What challenges did you encounter in your previous roles?
- How do you approach the agile process?
Lead Engineer
So, there were 4 technical rounds, then a manager round, and finally an HR round. The technical part was pretty good, a solid discussion. HR was a bit slow with the offer letter though. But overall, it was a good experience with some smart technical folks.
- Can you tell me about your experience with DevOps tools?
