So I started with a chatbot, it asked me some basic questions about my work authorization, my availability, and employment type. It said it would connect me to Alice, the AI recruiter. But Alice never showed up and I got an automated message saying the position was no longer accepting candidates. I got this email less than a day after applying, which was pretty confusing.

I applied online and got contacted by an HR guy, Frank, from the Calgary office. But it was a bad experience. He seemed to be in a hurry, told me to update my resume to match the job description, and wanted me to do the background check before any client interview. After I did all that, I never heard back. I tried to reach him for weeks, but no reply – I was ghosted. It was one of the worst recruitment experiences ever. I wouldn't suggest applying here. Very unprofessional, not worth it.

I had a virtual recruiter AI interview where I could log in at any time and answer its set questions. It was terrible and impersonal, there was no real conversation or vibe check, and the AI couldn't answer any of my questions back.
