Applications Developer
It's a 2-round technical interview process. The first round involves some technical questions to check if I fit their needs. The second round is a live coding session. If I pass that, there's a final round with the manager.
- Could you answer some .NET questions, given the role is backend-focused?
Software Developer
First, a recruiter will call you to discuss your background and experience with various technologies, and also talk about compensation. Then, there's a telephonic interview with the technical team where they'll ask about technologies like Angular/Angular2, Javascript, and Bootstrap. After that, you'll have an in-person technical interview with hands-on problem-solving tasks involving Angular, JS, LINQ, and SQL. The final stage is an in-person discussion about technical aspects and compensation with the IT Manager or HR.
- Can you dissect any given LINQ query?
Software Developer
The interview process was extremely aggressive and insulting. I do not recommend dealing with this company; they are extremely pushy and their attitude becomes offensive if you do not accept their insulting offers, such as working for free.
