Without prior notice, they scheduled my interview along with two other candidates simultaneously. It was supposed to be a 30-minute chat, but obviously, with three people, it wasn't enough time. One candidate even had to leave before the first person (me) finished speaking, I don't know if it was because of the time or if she didn't feel like the opportunity was a good fit. Anyway, it wasn't a dynamic or anything that justified having the three candidates together, it was like any other interview, but I feel like I was at a disadvantage for being the first one, since I was asked technical questions about the role, while the next candidate only had to answer about her experiences. After the interview, I didn't receive any feedback, even after contacting them on WhatsApp, where they had initially contacted me, to check if the process had already ended.

The interviewers were good and the fact that the entire interview was online, without the need to travel across the city, is excellent. The dynamic consisted of a call with all the candidates, which unfortunately made the evaluation less personal and much more time-consuming than necessary. At the same time that the whole process was long, all candidates didn't have much time to express their experiences.

The pre-interview part was a bit draining. It involved a knowledge test, followed by three lengthy psychological assessments with very tight deadlines – they notified me in the morning to finish them all by the end of the morning. The actual interview, however, was quite relaxed. It was a group session led by a psychologist and a nurse. Each of them asked about two questions per candidate. They really value your personal life and focus mainly on your professional journey. Both interviewers were very friendly and helped ease the nervousness. The nurse's questions were a bit more technical and challenging, but manageable.

So far I've done 3 online tests. Via WhatsApp, I was asked to collect a blood sample and was given the interview date - yes, I collected blood first. The interview itself was in a group with 8 nurses. We were split into groups of 4, and each group received a case study with 4 questions. Before answering, we had to choose a group leader. The case study questions were: 1 - what is the nurse's function, 2 - what is the diagnosis, 3 - what are the nursing cares, and 4 - what are the risks this patient presents. After that, there was a personal introduction. I still don't know the result, but the website says my status is 'screening'.

  • Describe a conflict situation you experienced and how you handled it.
