I applied on the prevent website. Then, an email came with assessments to be answered that same day, covering specific knowledge of the area and a quick reasoning test. On the website itself, if you check the positions you applied for ('vagas inscritas'), they update your status in the selection process.

The pre-interview part was a bit draining. It involved a knowledge test, followed by three lengthy psychological assessments with very tight deadlines – they notified me in the morning to finish them all by the end of the morning. The actual interview, however, was quite relaxed. It was a group session led by a psychologist and a nurse. Each of them asked about two questions per candidate. They really value your personal life and focus mainly on your professional journey. Both interviewers were very friendly and helped ease the nervousness. The nurse's questions were a bit more technical and challenging, but manageable.

First, there are tests that must be completed within 3 hours. Then, an interview with a psychologist and a nurse from continuing education. The psychologist spends 20 minutes discussing the company and cases that have happened with other candidates. They don't mention the department or salary. They ask questions about how you would behave in certain situations.
