Customer Success Specialist
The interview process at Press Ganey / PG Forsta was one of the most transparent and well-run ones I've experienced. They communicated clearly and on time at every stage, setting expectations upfront without anything feeling hidden. I liked that they focused on real-world scenarios and practical, data-oriented exercises similar to the actual job, instead of just hypotheticals. The team was professional, respected my time, and followed up consistently. The entire process, from the first screening to the offer, felt thoughtful and human, not like a transaction. It was a straightforward and confidence-building experience that made accepting the role easy.
- How would you approach a messy situation with imperfect data when a customer needs clarity over a fast solution?
VP Marketing
The hiring process was very disappointing. I was told it was an urgent hire, but it took over 3 months. First, there was a 30-minute chemistry meeting with HR. After waiting 2 weeks, I had a 60-minute chemistry meeting with the APAC Marketing Director in Australia, where we discussed the role. Then I waited another 4-5 weeks with no feedback or updates. When I finally reached out, I was told they had almost filled the role. There was no real discussion about my skills or experience, no feedback, no updates on progress, and no transparency. They didn't even shortlist candidates. It was a very disrespectful and nonsensical approach to recruitment.

Health Plan Consultant
The interview process was pretty standard. I had about 5 interviews, but I think they received a ton of applications. Everyone was courteous and focused on company culture and the job, which I appreciated. I don't interview very well despite my resume, but they made me feel comfortable from the start and were patient when I stumbled a bit early on. It was a little lengthy overall, but I have no complaints. My recruiter, Sean, is awesome - very professional and communicative, always replying within 24 hours. Pretty great experience.

Account Manager
The interview process at PG Forsta was efficient and transparent. I initially interviewed for a different role but didn't get it. However, the hiring team thought I'd be a good fit for another position and reached out. The next interview was a two-person panel where they asked straightforward questions about my experience and how I'd fit with the team. A few weeks after that interview, I got an offer and started onboarding. The whole experience felt smooth and well-organized. I liked how flexible the team was and how they focused on finding the right match.
