The interview process at PG Forsta was efficient and transparent. I initially interviewed for a different role but didn't get it. However, the hiring team thought I'd be a good fit for another position and reached out. The next interview was a two-person panel where they asked straightforward questions about my experience and how I'd fit with the team. A few weeks after that interview, I got an offer and started onboarding. The whole experience felt smooth and well-organized. I liked how flexible the team was and how they focused on finding the right match.

I started as an intern and then got referred by someone I knew. The interview process felt pretty standard. It began with an initial phone interview. Then, about two weeks later, I had a panel-style interview. I felt pretty intimidated because I was interviewed by two separate panels, and both times they were just reading from a list of questions. Each panel interview lasted 30-45 minutes. There was some repetition, likely because I don't think they communicated which group was going to ask which questions. The whole interview process could have been more organized.

So I had a video interview, and then after that, I had some in-person interviews. The interviews themselves were okay, but that first video one was kind of strange and a bit awkward. My friend, who works as an Account Manager there, told me to apply. He always complains about how much work there is, but he also mentioned they have good benefits and opportunities for growth. They offered me a job with a starting salary of 38K a year, plus yearly raises, which I thought was a joke. Considering how much work they seem to have, that's just not worth it. It would have been a huge pay cut, so I had to turn it down.
