It was a smooth process that wrapped up within a week. You should know about the regulatory bodies and approval processes in both the US and EU. Also, be familiar with the different designations given to drugs. You should also be well aware of the differences in the phases of clinical trials.

The onboarding process is super smooth and organized, making it easy to get started. The interviews feel pretty chill and conversational, mainly focusing on your background, past experiences, and how much you know about the field. They want to see how you think analytically, solve problems, and use what you already know in real situations. It's also about seeing if you'd fit in with the team culture and the company's goals, making sure it's a good match for everyone.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

I was in the middle of the hiring process for a leadership position, going through several interview rounds, talking with important stakeholders, spending time prepping and discussing strategies. They told me I was good to go for offer discussions. Then, nothing. No call backs, no final word. Just ghosted after we were in the final stages. What's worse is that I had to chase HR for updates throughout. It was incredibly unprofessional, especially for a role at this level. If this is how they treat candidates for leadership roles, I can only imagine what goes on internally. This whole experience was messy and frankly, disrespectful. It showed me more about the company culture than any interview question could. If you're a serious candidate, value your time. This company doesn't.

Really enjoyed my initial interview with Carl Soan - felt like a two way conversation. I made it to the graduate assessment day. Unfortunately, I encountered many technical issues in the first task (individual presentation) with my laptop freezing multiple times. No real adjustments were made for this. I did enjoy the day on the whole, especially the group task and interview but knew the first task had ruled me out.
