Behavioral Case Presentation

This was a good interview experience. The process moved quickly and the interviewers were very friendly. The questions focused on my past experience and weren't overly challenging. The case study presentation took a good amount of time but was engaging, with some tough questions, but overall it was a positive experience.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process is pretty nonsensical. It's a multi-step process where you only get an idea of what's going on if they decide to call you back. You don't even know what multiple positions are open in the organization, which shows indecisiveness. I'd suggest experienced candidates don't bother, it's a waste of time. I was asked repeatedly about primary research, like it was some huge challenge. The interviewers seemed confused about what to ask and what role they were interviewing for. Some hiring personnel and the HR team are trash. You have to chase them to find out if there's a next round. You won't be judged on skills, even if you're way better than current employees. They ask baseless questions and judge you on those. If you value your time and skills, this place isn't for you right now.

I had one 45-minute call with HR, and they got back to me three weeks later to say they weren't moving forward. The process was okay, but I noticed they posted and promoted the Associate Consultant role for six months after my interview. It makes me think they weren't really hiring but rather gauging the market. In my opinion, it was a waste of time.
