The interview process had three parts: first, a chat with someone from Talent Acquisition. Second, a talk with an Engagement Manager. Lastly, a final presentation about a disease area to the competitive strategy team, which included a 15-minute presentation and some follow-up questions. The competitive strategy team was really nice and welcoming the whole time I applied.

Analyst
The onboarding process is super smooth and organized, making it easy to get started. The interviews feel pretty chill and conversational, mainly focusing on your background, past experiences, and how much you know about the field. They want to see how you think analytically, solve problems, and use what you already know in real situations. It's also about seeing if you'd fit in with the team culture and the company's goals, making sure it's a good match for everyone.

Analyst
two rounds of interviews: the first round for 45 mins, the second round has three 45mins interviews back to back. Both rounds have behavioral and case questions. Cases are typical life sciences case questions.
