After submitting my application, I had an initial screening call and a background check. Then came a sales or underwriting assessment, followed by a role-specific interview and a performance evaluation. The final stage involved discussing the offer, completing onboarding steps, and undergoing training on financial products, client acquisition, and compliance with merchant cash advance industry standards.

The interview process was a bit opaque regarding compensation. In the first interview, they didn't mention the actual pay. Even in the second interview, they avoided disclosing it until I pressed them, and honestly, the amount was probably not what I was hoping for. I was then told I was moving on to further interview stages, but unfortunately, they never followed up with me.

The interview was awful. They expect you to work 12 hours a day or else you don't get paid. They say that you could make zero dollars in the first six months of working there. They try to intimidate you and are very disrespectful. If they reach out to you, don't even bother going because it's a waste of time.

Behavioral Presentation

Took a bit to get started but I met Mr. Potter, who I recognized from TV! We had a good laugh about it, he seemed like a chill dude. I went over my resume, and he walked me through the job and the company. Then, we took a tour. I've been working here since, and so far, things are going well.
