My interview at Premium Merchant Funding went pretty well. I applied online and got a call the next day. They offered me the job the same day. I found out a lot about the company, and the interviewer was super open to my questions. They told me how the company works, gave me info on pay, and I got to see the sales floor. The interviewer did say it's a tough job that needs hard work and grit, but it's worth it.

I got hired on the spot after standing outside the building handing out resumes. The real interview was a two-week trial period. I listened to others on calls for half a day, then was given a phone and told to 'smile and dial.' Most people quit. If you show you can do the job, have a good work ethic, and get applications, you get an offer. Otherwise, you don't. You then sign in as a guest daily until you fund your first deal, which can take months. The mindset is to have a wide entry and let people prove they want to stay.
