The interview was awful. They expect you to work 12 hours a day or else you don't get paid. They say that you could make zero dollars in the first six months of working there. They try to intimidate you and are very disrespectful. If they reach out to you, don't even bother going because it's a waste of time.

It was a short and easy interview process. They seem to hire most people who are willing to take the job. The main thing is being ready to make a lot of calls every day and deal with a lot of rejection.

I was called in to meet the office manager, who immediately offered me a salary far below what I expected. The job seems to involve sitting at a desk for 12 hours a day, calling business owners to demand their personal information to sell them a loan. I was told that to succeed, I'd have to work from 9 AM to 9 PM daily. The office was full of 22-year-old college students, all looking identical with the same haircut, white shirt, and white skin. There was no diversity among the workers; they were all the same age and race. The manager who interviewed me wouldn't answer any questions about the position, only promising unrealistic outcomes.
