Had two rounds of interviews with management and some team members. Then, there was a final case study presentation to leadership about different sourcing strategies. We talked about a lot of different spend categories in healthcare. We also discussed client-facing responsibilities and how to meet customer demands.

The interview process felt rushed and disorganized. The HR representative mentioned a need for someone with consulting experience, making me wonder if they had even reviewed my resume. It seemed like they had a preferred candidate already and were just going through the motions of interviewing to fulfill a requirement for a candidate pool.

Great first interview for this remote Capital Coordinator job. The recruiter set up the interview quickly, and I really enjoyed talking with the hiring manager in the first round. I moved on to the second round but ended up accepting another job offer. This role looked like a really exciting opportunity, and I'm hoping to find more roles with Premier, Inc. in the future. It was a great role and a fantastic opportunity.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard interview process, although it felt lengthy. I started with a phone screening with the recruiter, then I interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I had interviews with the hiring manager's peers, and finally, an interview with the hospital. Even though each interview seemed to go well, I wasn't offered the position. I felt it was a lengthy process that could have been more streamlined.
