HR Co-Op
The interview process was strange. Timet was also Precision CastParts search up both because apparently I did the wrong research. They didn't have their camera working, but didn't tell me I could shut off my camera also to keep it equitable, so I had my camera on talking to a black screen where there were a two faceless people talking to me. Expected grunt work.

IT Support Specialist
I applied for the job on Indeed. Then HR emailed me and scheduled an online interview with the hiring manager. After that, HR let me know I was moving to the next round, which involved a "Personality and Cognitive Assessment." I took the test on a Friday. Following up via email, I was informed that after consulting with the IT Team, they decided not to proceed with a follow-up interview. I'm sure I did great on both the interview and the assessment. It's a pity they have to depend on a "Personality and Cognitive Assessment" that hasn't been proven to determine an employee's value or experience.

Accounting and Finance Development Program
I had a recruiter call first. Then I got sent a bunch of online tests and quizzes, some were pretty hard, and took about 4 hours total. After I finished those, I got moved on to the interview day which had two back-to-back one-on-one interviews with VPs. Both interviews were friendly and professional, and mostly behavioral. I got a salary offer that was a bit lower than other public accounting offers, but it was comparable when you factor in the benefits.
