My interview experience at Power was great! It was super fast, taking only about two weeks from start to finish. It felt really human, and the company totally comes across as a place where you can learn, grow, and feel supported, which is exactly what I've found in my time here so far. I'd absolutely recommend interviewing at Power. They genuinely care about how candidates feel, and their communication is always quick and consistent. Seriously, it's been one of the best hiring experiences of my career.

The interview process was super smooth and well-organized. The team kept me updated at every step, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, prepared, and genuinely interested in my background. I appreciated how transparent they were about the role and expectations, and they always made space for my questions. Even though interviews can be nerve-wracking, this one felt respectful and human. Overall, a great experience. I left with a very positive impression of the company.

Got contacted on LinkedIn and they said the process would be quick, like 2 weeks. First up was a call with Talent Acquisition, all in English. That same day, I got an unpaid test to do within 2 business days. It wasn't too hard, but I put in the effort and got it in on time. Passed that, so I had a second interview with a manager. Same day, they updated me and scheduled a final interview. But, the day before, it got canceled, no reason given. I asked what was up, and they said more info would come. Three days later, they told me it was a no-go. Honestly, felt like a big waste of my time and they didn't seem to care about candidates' time.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview process was okay, pretty straightforward. It started with a recruiter call. Then there was a take-home assessment which I suspect was for a current or future client, essentially free work. This was followed by an hour-long presentation interview. After all that, I received a generic rejection email. What really bothered me was that I was interested in other lower-level positions at the company, but after emailing HR and the interviewers, I was ghosted. I wouldn't work for a company that doesn't value people's time.
