The interview process was super smooth and well-organized. The team kept me updated at every step, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, prepared, and genuinely interested in my background. I appreciated how transparent they were about the role and expectations, and they always made space for my questions. Even though interviews can be nerve-wracking, this one felt respectful and human. Overall, a great experience. I left with a very positive impression of the company.

The recruiters were really great and they communicated clearly and consistently about the process. I liked the virtual screening where I could talk more about myself, and then I met with some of the team members.

The hiring process started normally but quickly became frustrating. I had to spend over six hours on a writing assignment and complete several virtual interviews without receiving an offer. It appears the company's recent acquisitions have impacted their hiring. After investing significant time and effort, I was informed the hiring timeline was delayed and I was put 'on the bench' for the next hiring phase. I didn't hear back for two months, despite multiple follow-ups. When I finally got a response months later, I was told about mergers and hiring freezes, but that I was still a 'top candidate.' Now, I see job postings for this role, but I haven't been contacted. I'm particularly let down due to the substantial work on the writing assignment, which included creating a pitch, a PR plan, identifying journalists I have connections with, and answering problem-solving questions.
