Started with a recruiter call, then talked to leadership and a direct report. There was supposed to be a project phase, but I got rejected without any explanation, which was a bummer. Otherwise, it went smoothly.

I applied online and then had a Zoom interview with three women from the department. One of them was working while I was talking and wasn't paying attention at all. Most of them looked like they just woke up, and it was clear no one had reviewed my resume. I didn't get an offer, but a few months later, their HR department contacted me for another interview. It all felt very disorganized and unprofessional.

The interview process was pretty long. First, I had a 30-minute interview with a video content creator, which was fine. Then, I had a second interview that lasted over an hour with three people from the video department. They all seemed impressed with my background and everything went super smoothly. I had an answer for all their questions. At the end, they asked me to do a 'simple' editing test. This test took me several hours to finish, and after I sent it to the manager, she even complimented the video! About a week later, I followed up via email. She mentioned they were undecided about hiring me full-time but wanted to offer me a freelance position. To this day, I haven't gotten a definitive answer about the full-time role or received any freelance contract paperwork. They should at least have the courtesy to give me a clear answer.
