POSSIBLE Interview Questions
& Process

I arrived and nobody was there to greet me, I was in a hallway with doors and no one answered the doorbells. The interview was very superficial, I never understood which client I would be working for, what my tasks would be, or what my position was. I thought I did well, and they told me HR would send me an English test to move forward. HR never sent the test, and if I hadn't asked, I wouldn't have known they moved on with someone else. It was bad because I'm currently experiencing workplace harassment, need to leave my job, and rejected other offers because Possible said they could still advance my candidacy.

I was first contacted by HR and after discussing my availability, it took over a week to schedule the interview. Then, the scheduled interview was moved to another date. The interview itself lasted more than two hours. While waiting to hear back, I accepted another job offer. Their lack of communication is a definite drawback, potentially causing them to lose good candidates. After starting my new role, I reconnected with HR to see if they were still interested in reconsidering me for the project manager position. Another interview was scheduled, but then changed yet again. Unfortunately, I couldn't make the rescheduled interview due to a family emergency. When HR did follow up, their tone was condescending and rude, which was disappointing given they had rescheduled on me multiple times.

The interview process at POSSIBLE was pretty relaxed. A teacher recommended me, and I easily connected with the right people for an interview. The front desk was super nice when I arrived. People passing by, and even the dogs, were all friendly and said hi. They gave me a tour of the office, and it's really vibrant and energetic. For the interview, they had everything set up in the room – wifi, attachments, a monitor, etc. – so I could get started right away. The interviewers were genuinely friendly, and it felt more like a chat than an interrogation. I left feeling really stoked and eager for the job.

First up, I had a chat with the project director about my work history, skills, and what I see as my strengths and weaknesses. We also discussed the types of projects I'd be interested in. Then, I spoke with HR about compensation and employee benefits.
