First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at POSSIBLE.
Intern
I applied and heard back about a month later. They sent me a challenge to complete within 6 days to show my skills. It was fun! I was expecting feedback by the next Friday, but didn't hear back until Monday. Then they had me in for a chill 20-minute interview, gave me a tour, and told me about the job duties and pay. They said I'd have a second phone interview within the week. Two weeks after that, I got an email saying they chose someone else.
- What management style do you find most effective?
Intern
It was pretty standard. They spent more time talking about the company, what they do, and what the intern role entails instead of asking a lot of questions. I talked to 3 people: one HR person from Ohio and two people from the team I would be joining. My first interview was on Wednesday, and I had two more on Friday of that week. I got an offer the same day and accepted. I got the internship contracts about two weeks later.
- Can you work collaboratively in a team environment?
Intern
I applied online and got contacted for a Skype interview pretty quickly. The online application just needed a portfolio link and a short 'about me' blurb. The actual online interview was super short and not really structured, which was cool. No tricky questions, they did ask about my 1 year and 5 year plans, which was kinda neat. About a day after a really brief Skype chat with a CD and a senior writer, I got an offer.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- What are your thoughts on writing for advertising?
