It was a standard interview process. I didn't move forward in the end. The salary seemed competitive and the people were nice for the most part. I'd consider them again in the future as it sounds like they have different opportunities available. It's a shame they aren't considering full-time remote employees anymore.

The interview process was pretty standard. It started with a recruiter screening, then a phone interview with the hiring manager where I mostly talked about my experience for about 30 minutes. After that, I had a follow-up interview with another producer where I answered a few questions about my experience, also lasting about 30 minutes. The weird part was that the recruiter initially told me they could offer a certain salary upfront, which I appreciated. But after the second interview, she said they couldn't actually offer that salary. It felt sketchy and I was annoyed they wasted my time.

Applied online for the Boston location then was contacted by a recruiter. She would take days responding to emails trying to set up the initial phone interview so it took almost 2 weeks to schedule it. I interviewed and was told of a rough timeline of the process and when they would be bringing people in to interview in person. I followed up twice after I didn't receive any communication from the recruiter and still haven't heard anything weeks after when she said she'd reach back out. I've never not heard back from a recruiter after an interview before, good or bad. Definitely a very unprofessional and unorganized experience.

I reached out directly to an internship recruiter with my resume, and they contacted me for an interview about seven days later. The entire process, from the initial call to receiving the final decision, took approximately one month. I participated in a group interview with three interviewers. They were really friendly and put me at ease. The Los Angeles office is also a pet-friendly environment, which gave me a clear sense of the company culture right from the start. It was a great experience overall.
