Salesforce Product Owner
I was contacted via LinkedIn back in March and ended up going through the final stages of the interview process all the way until the end of July. Yes, that's quite a long time. Long story short, I'd suggest saving your energy, as this role might not be real. They'll likely ask you to do some work for free, and when you point this out, they'll just say 'thanks for the feedback'.
- Questions about Salesforce experience.
Bank Teller
The interview process at Popular Bank had a phone call, a video interview, and then an in-person meeting with the branch managers. Each part was about an hour long and mostly behavioral questions, though honestly, a lot of them didn't feel like they were about the job itself. The whole thing felt like a mess. It took forever to hear back, and I had to chase them up a bunch. My emails weren't getting replies, so I had to call HR directly for updates. During the in-person chat, the managers even trashed a former employee, which was a big warning sign. Honestly, it wasn't a good experience at all. Even if they had offered me the job, I wouldn't have taken it. There are for sure better banks to work for.

IT Security Analyst
The initial interview process is too rigorous and regulated. Test after test, relays, mysteries. The following interviews are a bit disorganized and have many gaps and mysteries. They post a job description, then in the interview you find out they are looking for something else. They interview you 3 or 4 times, leave you hanging for several months, and you find out you were discarded because they are still recruiting for the position and have updated the description. It doesn't cost anything to let candidates know they weren't selected, it's simple and shows the quality of the company.
- How many years of experience do you have?
- Are you willing to travel?

Internal Adjuster
They start with the usual phone interview. A few days later a recruiter will contact you to schedule an interview at their HR headquarters in Santurce, San Juan. The recruiters are usually very easy to talk to, they make you feel as it is more of a conversation than an interview. If you are a good candidate for the next stage of interview process, a few days later they will contact you again to schedule an interview with the hiring manager or supervisor of area that you are interviewing for.
- How would you manage challenging customers?
