The interview process at Popular Bank had a phone call, a video interview, and then an in-person meeting with the branch managers. Each part was about an hour long and mostly behavioral questions, though honestly, a lot of them didn't feel like they were about the job itself. The whole thing felt like a mess. It took forever to hear back, and I had to chase them up a bunch. My emails weren't getting replies, so I had to call HR directly for updates. During the in-person chat, the managers even trashed a former employee, which was a big warning sign. Honestly, it wasn't a good experience at all. Even if they had offered me the job, I wouldn't have taken it. There are for sure better banks to work for.

The interview process was lengthy, spanning two months to finish all the tests, trainings, and interviews. I had to travel back and forth between islands for three weeks because there isn't a main branch where I live, which made the whole experience feel like too much hassle.

you fill out the application online. they give you a phone interview of about 20 minutes. you do a written test, aptitude reasoning and math. they call you for a face to face interview. they explain the conditions and tasks of the position.
