Case Technical Presentation

Had a full day of interviews with various people and some presentations. There were case studies and statistics questions which were of medium difficulty. The office seemed like a really good place to work and all the staff were friendly. After the interviews, I was given a taxi tour of the Isle of Man and they also arranged my return flights from England.

Be professional and ask relevant questions one by one. Give candidates ample time to think before they answer. You can start with the general questions first and move on to specific ones regarding their resume, skills and experience. Listen to each candidate's answers and ask follow-up questions if necessary. In the end, you can ask the candidates if they have any queries. Inform the candidates when they can expect a response from the company.
