I applied online, they looked at my resume and then sent me some tests. I got an email to set up a 15-minute phone call, mainly to talk about what I expected and if I could do the job. After that, I got another email to set up a 1-hour Skype chat. The person interviewing me was nice but seemed new to this and was kind of annoying asking me repeatedly if I had ever emailed their support as a customer. Oh, and the company was started in 2001, not the 21st century lol. It's fine, I think I said "stick along" like three times instead of "stick around". Anyway, I didn't get it because I guess I'm not good at interviews, not because of her or anything else.

So, first I had to do an online assessment with reading comprehension questions in both Spanish and English. After that, I had a phone interview where we discussed salary, relocation details, and they scheduled a final Skype interview. I spoke with an agent for about 40 minutes. They mentioned I'd speak with more interviewers, but then that didn't happen. A week later, I got a rejection email.

It was easy and fast at first, I had a phone interview and then a Skype video interview. They gave me a formal offer, but then didn't get back to me about my relocation questions in time. After I sent my citizenship papers, they said it's too complicated and won't move forward. They should have asked for this before the offer, right?
